Welcome to Daniel Zysblat’s Weebly site. Here, you can find out more about Daniel’s history of success in real estate, including his long legal career and future plans in the industry. Readers can also learn more about his various hobbies and commitment to charitable causes.
In his most recent position, Daniel worked for several years at Rexton Law firm, where he was a conveyancing solicitor and consultant from 2012 to 2015. A notable London-based law firm, Rexton is known for providing myriad services within the real estate sector, including commercial and residential. With a long history in the industry and an expertise specifically in landlord and tenant disagreements and property transactions, Daniel was an excellent match to join Rexton’s team. Before coming on board, he was with Bude Nathan Iwanier as a solicitor from 1995 to 2012. Concurrently, he was the youngest magistrate member from 2002 until 2012, where he also served on the bench training and development committee starting in 2010. Daniel earned a law degree in 1994 from University College London.
Daniel is currently in the process of starting a new business initiative within the real estate industry, focusing on selling properties online. His previous experience and talents will provide a solid base for his new plans, as well as his experience working with a team. He hopes to earn accreditation with the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers in the coming months.
Daniel stays busy as a director of Lotsofproperties Ltd. and EV Law Limited, and he is also active with a range of charitable organisations. For example, he currently supports non-profits such as One Family UK, Kisharon, Norwood, and Camp Simcha, and he believes it is important to serve the less fortunate.
Daniel uses his spare time to pursue several leisurely activities. To stay fit, he enjoys working with a personal trainer on a weekly basis, as well as spinning classes. He is also a tennis enthusiast and avid supporter of Arsenal Football Club. His favourite books include those written by Jeffrey Archer and John Grisham, and he makes a point to stay abreast of politics pertaining to property.
